How long does shipping take?

Please contact us. If your desired size or color is in stock, we will gladly arrange an exchange.

What should I do if a product is damaged or defective?

We are sorry to hear that. If you received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via info@labess.nl. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

What happens if my return does not meet the return conditions?

If your return does not meet our conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept it. Please make sure the item is unworn, with original tags attached, and returned within the allowed return period. We will contact you directly to discuss the situation further.
