3. Our Products

Each Labess item is carefully selected and described to the best of our ability. Since many of our items are handmade or produced in limited quantities, small variations in fabric, color, or sizing may occur. These are not considered defects, but part of the uniqueness of our collections.

4. Ordering & Confirmation

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an automatic email confirmation. This does not yet guarantee acceptance of your order. Labess reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases such as:

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Product no longer available

• Errors in pricing or stock information

If your order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.

5. Pricing & Currency

All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT (21%) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected. Promotions and discounts may be time-limited and cannot be combined unless stated.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders within 1–3 business days after confirmation, unless otherwise stated (e.g. for pre-orders). Delivery times vary based on your location.

Estimated shipping times:

• Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 working days

• EU countries: 3–7 working days

• Outside EU: 5–14 working days

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Labess is not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs procedures.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Not fully satisfied? You may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags and packaging must be intact

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

To initiate a return, email info@labess.nl with your order number. We do not offer exchanges — you may place a new order for a different item.

Non-returnable items include:

• Sale items (unless defective)

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To maintain the quality of your Labess items, follow the care instructions on the label. Labess is not responsible for damage resulting from improper washing, ironing, or storage.
