Return Policy

At Labess, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn't quite right, you have the option to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Return Conditions

    • Your return is initiaded within 14 days of delivery.
    • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
    • All tags and original packaging are intact.
    • You include your order number in the return email.

  • Non-Returnable Items

    • Sale items (unless the item is damaged or faulty).
    • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original tags.

  • Refunds

    • Your refund will be issued to the orignal payment method.
    • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
